These client's wanted an addition to their existing outdoor area, which already had a permanent pergola in place. The louvre roof was added to increase shelter from some of the weather that was sneaking in, particularly the sideways Auckland rain. One of the clients was a bit sceptical as to whether it would making any real difference however, they have been pleasantly surprised at the extra shelter it has offered.
The 2 bay louvre roof is the ultimate in custom made products, with complimentary powder coated finishes chosen; the louvres were finished in Dulux Appliance White and roof support structures in Black Ace from the Dulux Electro range. Not only do these match the homes finish, the white on the louvres also helps to keep the area light and bright.
