The eye-catching property has immediate street appeal with a striking roofline and is characterised by the interplay of textured plaster and reclaimed timber, which adds depth and character. The timber’s natural variation in tone and grain ensures the façade feels alive, shifting subtly as the light changes throughout the day.
Indoor - Outdoor Flow: This property needed to offer a compelling connection to the outdoors, and the result is a defining feature. The 2.4m high sliding doors connect the main living space with a covered alfresco area that feels like a seamless extension of the interior.
At its centre is the SunPivot® Louvre Roof, a fully automated pivoting system that transforms the space at the push of a button. Whether chasing the sun or sheltering from rain, this louvre system ensures year-round usability.
Custom-designed and manufactured in NZ, the single bay and wall-connected Louvre roof fits the space perfectly. The Matt Flaxpod powder coat colour from Dulux® complements the fixtures and fittings, which include a built-in outdoor fireplace framed by concrete and steel detailing, to create an outdoor area that is stylish, durable and practical.
